Family House Aphrodite 20m²

General information:

  • Two-color exterior facade (green and brown) processed in the factory with 2 x colors, eye-catching design building, with a spacious sliding door on the side, dark gray exterior door;
  • Year-round use – insulated with PUR foam;
  • Quick installation and does not require a building permit;
  • The building frame is made of calibrated C24 quality material (floor/ceiling 145*45, walls 145*45);
  • The roof is covered with a classic profile steel sheet roofing; the double-sloped roof has gutters on both sides;
  • The floor is made of wooden beams, covered with OSB boards on the bottom and top and impregnated with wood preservative and covered with a rodent-proof net;
  • The windows are plastic with 3x packages (color gray on the outside, white on the inside)  Uw = 0.7 W/m²K
  • The building is equipped with an electrical panel and the necessary circuit breakers.

Interior finish

  • The floor is covered with SPC/LVT;
  • LED lighting in all rooms, with innovative switches and sockets and night lighting;
  • The wall and ceiling boards are made of high-quality natural wood (spruce;
  • A staircase leading to a comfortable and spacious sleeping area.
