Houses doesn’t require separate foundation construction. It would be enough of the six building blocks and the house would be placed on the top of these blocks. For the softer soils we recommend to dig a hole with a depth of 70cm and fill it with crushed stones. Faster and cheaper possibility is to use pile foundation, six piles are enough.
If we place six building blocks on the ground, then it takes up to two hours. We will install the house on the blocks and it is ready right away.
These are 20m2 houses according to the external dimensions, and they do not require a building permit or a project, it is enough to make a notification in the local government to erect a building. In rural areas, i.e. larger plots, it is not necessary to submit a notification.
