Prefabricated houses in the factory warehouse

We generally build houses to order, but sometimes we also have houses that are immediately available in stock. This means that if you are looking for a new home or sauna quickly and conveniently, you can choose from ready-made houses without having to wait long.

Currently ready for immediate transport are the following modular homes:

Sauna house Herakles 25m²

General information:

  • A three-color exterior facade, treated in the factory with 2 x colors, a building with an eye-catching design.
  • Year-round use – insulated with PUR foam;
  • Quick to install and does not require a building permit;
  • The building frame is made of calibrated C24 quality material (floor/ceiling 145*45, walls 145*45);
  • The roof is covered with EPDM roll material, edged with parapet sheets, sloping towards the back of the house;
  • The floor is made of wooden beams, covered on top and bottom with OSB boards, impregnated with wood preservative, and covered with an anti-rodent net;
  • The windows are plastic with 3x package;
  • The building is equipped with an electrical panel and the necessary circuit breakers.

Interior decoration

  • The floor is covered with natural oak parquet;
  • LED lighting in all rooms, with innovative switches and sockets and night lighting;
  • The wall and ceiling boards are made of high-quality natural wood (black alder);
  • Kitchen furniture that matches the interior (quiet hood integrated into the furniture, easy-to-clean induction stove and refrigerator);
  • The walls and floor of the shower room are covered with ceramic tiles, with a black shower faucet;
  • Separate toilet (Cersanit pot) and water heater;
  • The stage is made of thermo-treated aspen wood;
  • There is safe decorative stone around the heater in the steam room and a starry sky motif formed by LED lights on the ceiling;
  • Adjustable LED mood lighting with different color patterns under the stage.
